It's main use is to make you more frantic near it's end to make you not notice things you would have otherwise seen.

The only thing it does is give you sign #6 on the moral wall (interesting that you called it that, I assume you read it on the antichamber wiki?). There is nothing behind this door currently (if you noclip behind it), but the dev has mentioned that he is working on "a list of the events leading up to the release of Antichamber," so it is believed that behind that door will be a new Dev Room containing this list. It is believed among the community that once the two bugged pink cubes are fixed, then they will be used to open the Under Construction door (located at Being An Entrepreneur). Obtaining all 13 "obtainable" pink cubes does nothing, and obtaining all 15 pink cubes in the game does nothing.

Only 13 of them can be found/obtained at the moment, the other two are in out-of-bounds or noclip areas (one of these can be obtained with a clipping glitch, the other requires console commands). I have no idea what those did, and according to every review for the game I've come across, neither does anyone else. There are 15 pink cubes (yeah they're pink, the glass makes them look purple-ish) in the game.
